Equipment finance portfolio review and asset advisory

We help banks and companies analyse equipment fleets, reconcile asset registers and assess the records supporting portfolio decisions.

Portfolio and fleet review

A portfolio review sets out what is financed or owned, by industry, asset type, make, model and age, and the records that support each asset. It identifies concentrations, ageing assets and records that need attention before a portfolio decision.

Inspections are included where the agreed scope requires them.

Asset register reconciliation

A reconciled register: each asset identified by make, model and serial number and matched to the finance schedule.

  • One record per machine, with the original register description retained beside the identified asset
  • Duplicates, replacement components and attachments recorded as separate assets resolved
  • Register against finance schedule, with each discrepancy documented
  • Prioritised evidence gaps and a verification plan

PPSR registration audit

A PPSR registration audit: each asset matched to its secured party, with an exceptions register for grantor details and serial numbers that need attention. This is not legal advice.

Client deliverables

  • Register reconciliation and documented discrepancies
  • Inspection findings and supporting evidence where inspections are agreed
  • A PPSR registration audit: each asset matched to its secured party, with an exceptions register
  • Prioritised evidence gaps and a verification plan

Valuation and emissions

The same asset identity supports valuation and emissions reporting. A reconciled register is the starting point for a fleet valuation and for asset-level financed emissions.
