Portal example
Asset-level emissions for a financed equipment book
The portal shows each emissions figure with the asset, the activity record and the factor behind it, and uses the same records to forecast, plan and improve data quality.
Illustrative figures. No client data.
What the portal is for
What each view is used for
- 01
The information behind the numbers
Every figure opens to the machine, the fuel or meter record it rests on, the published factor applied and the share attributed to the lender. Each step of the calculation is shown.
- 02
Forecast where emissions are heading
Run-rates from recorded usage carry the book forward three years and update as new readings arrive.
- 03
Shape future emissions
Test changes to usage, fuel efficiency and fleet renewal, and see the effect on emissions before committing capital.
- 04
Strengthen the evidence each period
See which records would lift the data-quality score, machine by machine, so each reporting period is better supported than the last.
Company view
One fleet, from the operator’s side
For the business that runs the machines: where its emissions come from, what supports each figure, what the fleet is worth, and what to change next.
- Scope 1, 2 and upstream fuel by machine
- Data-action checklist with a live score
- Plan ahead: test usage, efficiency and renewal
Lender view
Every company on the register, in one book
For the financier: attributed emissions, data quality and collateral value across six companies, from the whole book down to a single machine.
- Financed emissions and exposure-weighted score
- Carbon intensity of collateral
- Uplift plan, exceptions and three-year outlook
Method
Attribution and data quality scoring follow PCAF. Emissions use NGA Factors 2026, Table 8 for stationary and off-road fuel and Table 9 for transport fuel. Scenario and forecast figures show the method and are not predictions. In an engagement, Assera assembles the asset data, valuations, emissions calculations and supporting documentation for auditor review, and the auditor undertakes independent assurance.
